RCA 19K Floor standing radio
RCA Victor Model 19K,
American console, made in 1940. 2SW/MW, AC Shet, Mtrs/Mcs, 8-v +Rectifier, push button preselected stations, impressive furniture, superb sound, from a 12” electromagnetic speaker. If I lived in those days, I would have definitely bought one of those floor standing radios. Without a doubt, it is one of the finest exhibits in the technological museum.

Above the output valves, you can see 6 trimmer capacitors for fine tuning of the preselected stations.
Speakers of this size you can only find in floor standing radios.
